Pre-Heat oven to 375f. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. *I do NOT use my hands to mix ingredients, I use a fork and I think this is the key! Place in loaf pan. *I put the mixture in loosely so there are lots of cracks and crevises, don't mash it into baking pan. Slide into oven.
