3-4 tbsp. barbecue sauce

Here is how you make BARBECUED MEAT LOAF WITH MUSHROOMS:

Drain the chopped muchrooms, reserving the liquid. Add enough milk to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 c.. In mixing bowl, combine milk mixture, egg, worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and bread crumbs. Let mixture stand about 5 minutes. Stir in ground beef and chopped mushrooms; mix lightly but thoroughly. Put meat loaf into lightly greased casserole dish or 13x9" baking dish.
