4 large eggs, fresh
1 Tablespoon minced Garlic
2 teaspoons Ginger Root Paste


About 1 cup MINCED of each of the following vegetables - Run through a food processor to mince -
White Cabbage
Broccoli, fresh
Cauliflower, raw
Yellow Squash


The Following should be premeasured prior to being processed:
1/2 cup fresh onion
2 medium Potato, raw
2 large stalks Celery, raw (11"-12" long)


1 cup regular flour
1 cup Water, tap

4 Tablespoons Kroger Teriyaki Sauce
2 pounds Ground beef, extra lean


1/4 cup Parkay Squeeze butter (1 tbs) - For cooking



How Do I Make Korean Meat Patties?

Here is how you make Korean Meat Patties:

In a food processor, mince all the vegetables. In a large, non-metal bowl mix the following ingredients in order:VegetablesGarlicGingerMeatEggMix well. Add Flour and Water. Mix Well.Heat Electric Skillet to 350 (or other skillet to frying temperature). Coat with Parkay margarine. Spoon in 1/4 cup of the mix. Flatten mix out with back of spoon into a patty. Fry until golden brown on each side. Cook in batches until all mix is used.Makes about 28 patties of 1/4 cup per patty.If you want to freeze these, put on cookie sheet between pieces of parchment paper. Freeze over night. Next day wrap individually in freezer paper and bag. Will keep about 2 months. To reheat - put in 400 degree oven on cookie sheet until warm and crispy.
