1 1/2 c Salsa
4 egg whites

Here is how you make Lean Mini Meat Loafs:

1 serving is a 1/3 c = one muffin slotPreheat oven 350After mixing all the ingrediants except the ketchup use a 1/3 cup to measure your mix. Get 2 muffin pans. Spay the pan with some Pam or Olive Oil spray. Load the pan. (You will have some meat mix left over if your muffin pans are 12 slot pans. Its about 4 muffins worth. I included it in the serving calulation. I usually add some spice and cook this little bit up in a seperate pan for my husband.) Put 1 tbsp ketchup on each meat muffin.
