Here is how you make Apricot Meatballs:

Mix meat, bread crumbs, egg, and seasonings together in a large bowl. Shape meat into small meatballs and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.While the meatballs are baking, melt apricot preserves over medium heat in a medium saucepan. Add half a jar of hoisin sauce, sesame oil, nutmeg, thyme, liquid smoke, brown sugar. Be sure to stir often and keep a close eye on the sauce until it is well blended and preserves are melted down.
