Add milk to breadcrumbs and allow to soak for 5 mins.Preheat oven to 400?F and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners.Cube 65 g of mozza (make 8 cubes)Mix cornstarch and cold water into a slurry and add to breadcrumb mixture, then add onion powder, garlic powder, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.Add ground beef and combine until nicely marbled.Roll mixture into 8 balls, pressing a thumb into the centre of each and wrapping a cube of mozzarella within.
