Here is how you make Meatballs:

Combine all ingredients, except olive oil and marinara sauce, until the meat mixture appears well-blended. It needs to be able to form a ball without fall apart, it the mixture falls apart in the mixing bowl you may need to add a little more wine or more bread crumbs depending on whether it is too dry or too wet. In a large non-stick pan, heat the oil, and begin to make tennis ball sized meat balls. Add the meatballs to the pan over medium-low heat. Cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes until thoroughly cooked through. Drain the fat from the meatballs. At this point you either set the meatballs aside in a separate dish or leave them in the pan. If you are making a sauce from scratch you should set them aside, it you use a jar of sauce then you can just leave them in the pan. Prepare the sauce in the pan, scraping up the browned bits at the bottom of the pan. Let the meatballs sit in the sauce over low-medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
