Add beef broth, mushrooms pieces and onion. Cover-let simmer for 30 minutes.In small bowl, combine/mix sour cream, flour and caraway seed. Add and mix into the broth meatball mixture and cook for 8 or so more minutes.Serve with Spaetzel (German noodles) with a little melted butter and breadcrumbs sprinkled on top of noodles.
