The ingredients for Herb meatballs are:

3/4 lb of lean ground beef
1/4 lb of ground pork
Bread Crumbs, dry seasoned
1 egg
1/4 cup of evaporated milk(fat free)
1 small onion chopped
1 celery rib chopped ( or celery leaves)
3 cloves garlic chopped fine or grated
1tea. parsley, basil, thyme leaves, fresh or dry.
1/2 tea dill seed or weed. fresh or dry
1/2 tea ground allspice
salt and peeper to taste (optional)

Here is how you make Herb meatballs:

Break up ground beef and pork, cover with bread crumbs, Pour on evaporated milk to soak, for 5 min.. In mean time chopp onions,garlic and celery. Add to meat mixture, add all herbs and egg. Mix and shape into 12 meatballs. Bake on flat pan coated with olive oil spray.
