Add the three eggs, one diced shallot (or equivalent of yellow onion), parsley, minced garlic, pepper, celery seed, Parmesan cheese (this is optional), and salt. Remove the meatballs from the oven and add to the sauce. Heat together over low heat for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
