2 lbs ground antelope
1/4 cup uncooked instant rice
1 slightly beaten egg
2 Tbsp onion powder
1/4 cup tomato soup
1 Tbsp Windy Mountain Spice
Canola Spray

2 cups tomato soup
1 cup water
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce


How Do I Make Antelope MeatBalls?

Here is how you make Antelope MeatBalls:

Combine antelope, rice, egg, onion powder, Windy Mountain Spice and 1/4 cup tomato soup. Shape into about 16 balls. Spray skillet with canola spray. Brown meatballs over med-high heat on both sides. (you may have to do this in 2 batches). Once all the meatballs have been browned, put them all in the skillet. Mix 2 cups tomato soup, water and soy sauce together and pour over meatballs in skillet.
