Shape into about 16 balls. Spray skillet with canola spray. Brown meatballs over med-high heat on both sides. (you may have to do this in 2 batches). Once all the meatballs have been browned, put them all in the skillet. Mix 2 cups tomato soup, water and soy sauce together and pour over meatballs in skillet.
