Meatballs: Combine ingredients. Form into balls. Brown in oil. Bake 30ish minutes at 350°F in 9x13 dish.Sauce: Eyeball this one. I use about a can of broth and 2 tablespoons of sour cream and a couple drabs of soy sauce. Enough Wondra to make it thicken. I'll eventually figure out exact measurements, but this is one that's hard to screw up.My husband likes this over egg noodles. Leftover meatballs work well with spaghetti.
