1 cup bread crumbs

2c mushrooms, sliced
2 cans beef broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch -- adjust to get the gravy to the thickness that you like
3 tablespoons sour cream
8 cups egg noodles

Here is how you make Boingo's Swedish Meatballs:

Cook noodles. Strain and set aside,Heat oil in frying pan.While noodles are cooking, mix ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, onions and spices. Shape into 1 inch balls. Drop into hot oil and brown on all sides. Add broth and mushrooms. Cover and cook until meatballs are well done and mushrooms are soft. Remove about 1/2 cup of broth and stir in the cornstarch.
