Here is how you make Nana's Swedish Meatballs:

Beat egg. Add milk, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Pick bread into tiny pieces and add to egg mixture, stirring to coat. Crumble ground beef and add, mixing well. Roll into small meatballs (approx 24) and brown in 350 degree oven, turning once. In large saucepan, melt butter and add flour to make a roux . Add broth and wisk. Add meatballs and simmer until cooked thoroughly. Remove from heat and add sour cream, stirring until smooth. Serves 8.
