Cook until soft. Add cooled mixture to ground beef with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Form into balls and place on a baking sheet, cook in a hot oven for 10-15mins.Cook remaining onion, garlic and spices in a little more olive oil. Then add the pureed tomato with some chicken stock powder. Add carrot and zuchini and cook for 10mins. Then add the meatballs and green beans and cook for another 10mins. Season to taste and serve with cous cous or mashed potato.
