Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. make mixture into bite size balls (about the size of a golf ball), I like to flatten them a little into patties (not completely flat). Spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until cooked through. You can also cook them stovetop. Spray skillet and cook until browned, they brown quickly, use a low flame and keep an eye on them. If needed drain any excess greese with paper towels. Use different types of mustards as a dipping sauce. Can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. Goes great with Brown rice and steamed veggies.
