Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, knead mixture until blended. Pack into loaf pan. Bake two hours. If desired, pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce over top of loaf before baking (not included in nutritional analysis). Serves 8.For Crock Pot: Pack into bottom of pot, cover and cook on high for one hour.
