Here is how you make Arabic meatloaf:

In a large bowl mix together ground beef,finely choped onion, choped parsley, salt, peper and one tsp of seven spice mix (ground paprika and cumin will do instead). Put it all in a casserole dish, cover with sliced potatos that have been boiled for 5 min, and a cup of water, some olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for an hour at 200 degrees, until potatos are done. Then add 0.5l of tomato juice with some origano, and cook for another 10 min or so.
