Here is how you make Grandmother Ming's Meatloaf:

Mix eggs, milk, and ketchup together in small bowl. In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Then mix in wet items (egg, milk, and ketchup). Line a casserole pan with foil or spray with non-stick spray. Shape the meat into a loaf and place in the center of the dish. (We don?t use a bread pan. We find it overflows and is too messy.)
