Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Be sure to thoroughly combine everything to evenly distribute flavors. Don't be afraid to use a lot of seasoning but be careful with the salt! Pack it down into a large loaf pan and bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes, or until crispy on outside and temp of 160 inside. Immediately after removing from oven, CAREFULLY pour off excess fat from loaf pan.
