3/4 cup ketchup, divided
1/4 minced fresh onions
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 large egg whites
1 1/2 lbs 96% lean ground beef
1/2 cup of quick cooking oats
cooking spray


How Do I Make WW Meatloaf?

Here is how you make WW Meatloaf:

Combine 1/2 cup of ketchup, onion, and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Add meat and oats; stir just until blended. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and shape the meat mixture into the pan. Brush remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the meat mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes (or more) before slicing.Slice into 12 slices.
