3/4 cup crushed BBQ flavored pork rinds
.38 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
0.38 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream (note: you want your HWC and water to equal 3/4 cup when poured together.)
1/4 chopped Onions, raw
4 tbsp Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup
3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

Here is how you make Ashley's Keto Meatloaf:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.Prep by crushing any flavor pork rinds to a fine powder. Food processor is recommended, but a meat mallet will work. Dice onion to preferred size. I used a food processor for this also.In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and pork rinds.In a large bowl, add the hamburger meat, egg, HWC, water, onion, and pork rind-Parmesan mix. Blend well. Put meat mixture in a greased or lined loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. In a small measuring cup, mix the reduced sugar ketchup and the Worcestershire sauce. Remove meatloaf from oven, drain off excess grease, then top with Ketchup/Sauce mixture.
