5 Tbsp butter
3 Cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp minced garlic (or to taste)
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tsp dried thyme
1 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 3/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tsp. seasoned salt
2-3 tsp black pepper


How Do I Make Luxury Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Luxury Meatloaf:

Set oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In a skillet melt butter over medium heat, add in mushrooms, onion, red bell pepper, garlic and thyme; saute for about 6 minutes, then transfer to a large bowl. Add in all remaining ingredients; using clean hands, mix thoroughly. Place mixture into the prepared loaf pan, then place them onto a baking sheet to catch any spills. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
