Here is how you make Angie's Meatloaf:

Chop onions and celery. Place in bouillon and simmer until soft, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and mix in all other ingredients except the last 3. Mix well and place in baking dish. Mix the last 3 ingredients in a small bowl and spread on top of meatloaf.
