I got my inspiration for this from Ina Garten but I changed it up to make it my own and it's the best meatloaf I've ever made. Here's a quick hint. When you put your meatloaf in the oven to bake , put a pan with some water in it on the oven shelf underneath it. The steam from the water will keep your meatloaf from cracking.

0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
0.16 cup Tomato Paste
1.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
1.0 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
8.0 tbsp Heinz -Tomato Ketchup (Per 1 tbsp)
3.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw
16.0 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin


How Do I Make Meatloaf, my favorite?

Here is how you make Meatloaf, my favorite:

In a mixing bowl add sirloin egg and bread crumbs. Set aside. In a medium saute pan add 1 tbsp light olive oil and diced onions. Add ground time to the onions and saute until translucent but not Brown. Remove from Heat and add chicken broth, Worcestershire and tomato paste. Let this onion mixture sit until it is cooled off a little then add it to the meat. Gently mix it with your hands until it is combined but don't overmix. Form into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Top the meatloaf with the ketchup covering the entire top and the sides. Use your hands if you need to after washing of course LOL.
