What Are The Ingredients For Ann's Italian Meatloaf Recipe?The ingredients for Ann's Italian Meatloaf are: 1 Cup Mushroom slices1 Onion 1 Tbsp Yogurt Butter 2 Tbsp minced garlic 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1/2 lb Mild Italian Sausage 2 Eggs cup oats (I used oat bran) 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce 1 packet of dry Onion Soup mix 1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano 1 teaspoon Rosemary3/4 pepper to taste How Do I Make Ann's Italian Meatloaf?Here is how you make Ann's Italian Meatloaf: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up Onions and Mushrooms as small or big as you like them. Place 1 tbsp of butter in pan on Medium high heat and saute the mushrooms and onions...when they are softened drain then return pan to burner and add garlic and herbs for 1-2 minutes, then add the spaghetti sauce. Mix well and take off heat. In large bowl combine meats and oats. then add spaghetti sauce mixture. In a small bowl whisk two eggs together and add in. Mush it all together. Spray Bundt pan with Pam and spread your mixture out and top it with 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce. Bake for 50 minutes and you are ready for some nummy italian comfort food.There are many variations you can do as well. When you saute your mushroom mixture, you could add in fresh spinach, zuchini, shredded carrots, etc. As well as putting in only half your mixture of meat then adding a layer of cheese and topping that with the remaining mixture.
