When bacon is almost done add onion, carrots, and chili powder. Cook until onion become translucent and carrots are tender. Add bell pepper and cook until they start to soften, add Worcestershire and salsa. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.In a large bowl combine ground beef, eggs, and vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly.Place mixture into baking dish, press into a loaf shape. Top loaf with remaining bacon slices. Bake for 1 hours or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
