Here is how you make Mushroom Meatloaf:

Clean mushroom. and chop. Heat oil and saute the chopped garlic, and add the mushroom and cook for 7/10 minuts. Add salt,pepper and the mix of minced thyme, sage and rosmary. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, the slices of bread soaked in some milk and then drained, egg, parmesan and the cooked mushroom. Mix well. Make a meatloaf and put on some oven paper. Drench in flower, and brown in hot oil at medium heat. Turn carefully, add the wine and let cook for 45 minutes, adding some broth if necessary. Take the meatloaf and put it on oven paper, let it cool down and the put the prosciutto slices around. Put in an oven proof pan, and cook for 10/15 minutes at 350.
