1/4 cup Panko (Japenese Bread Crumbs)
1 large egg white
3/4 lb. ground beef sirloin
1/4 cup. Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
1 lb. baking potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2" thick
3/4 cup low - fat buttermilk
2 cups fresh green beans, sten ends removed
1 tsp. olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Here is how you make Lighter Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes:

Serves 4Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In food processor, chop carrots, celery, onion, and panko with egg white until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to large bowl. Mix in beef, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. of pepper.Put meat mixture into a rectangular casserole dish and brush the top with 1/2 of the BBQ Sauce. Bake 30 minutes, brushing halfway through with the remaining sauce.Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, cover potatoes with cold salted water by one inch. Bring to boil - reduce to a simmer and cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork. (About 15 - 20 minutes)Drain potatoes and return to pan. Stir over medium heat until a starchy film forms on the bottom of the pan, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Mash with buttermilk until smooth. season with salt and pepper. While potatoes are cooking, set a steamer basket in a saucepan filled with one inch water and bring to a gentle boil. Add green beans - cover and cook until crisp tender, 4 - 6 minutes.
