Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Create two "cradle strips" using aluminum foil for your slow cooker: I take a large piece of foil (about 2 feet long) and cut it in half lengthwise. I then fold these strips the long way four times, making strong strips of foil. Lay these along the bottom of the cooker in a cross shape. Place the well-rounded meatloaf atop this cradle, and make sure that the lid closes over these strips.Cook for about 6 hours on low (unitl your thermometer reads a safe beef temp, I go for 165-170).
