2T Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Here is how you make Meatloaf Delight:

In a very large bowl, put the eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oatmeal, and evaporated milk. Mix and let it soak until the liquid has been absorbed. More plain milk or water can be added if the mixture still seems dry.Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, except the ground beef. Mix to distribute everything, then add the ground beef. Incorporate the ground beef in with your hands, mixing everything thoroughly.Either make a free form loaf in a baking dish, or place enough of the mixture in a loaf pan to fill it to within an inch of the rim. Top with ketchup, if desired.Bake in a 350 oven for approximately an hour. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Serving Size:?12 servings
