1/2 LB Ground turkey
1/2 LB Ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 half Med. Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup, chopped Onions, roughly chopped
3/4 cup, chopped Carrots, roughly chopped
3/4 cup Zucchini roughly chopped
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1/2 cup Oats, finely ground
1/2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
salt, pepper, italian seasoning to taste

Glaze:
1/2 c Ketchup, Heinz
.5 tbsp Honey
2 dashes Worchester Sauce
2 dashes Frank's Red Hot
1 t cumin

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Add Bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, onion and finely chop. Add chopped vegetables, meat, garlic, egg, oats, bread crumbs, and seasoning. Mix well, but do not over mix form a loaf and bake until internal temperature reaches 160Mix ingredients for glaze and brush on meat loaf. Serving Size:?makes 7.5 4-oz servings
