Here is how you make Meatloaf with veggies:

Place cabbage and mixed vegetables into a microwave safe bowl with 1/2 cup of water. Cook for two min at a time until tender. Dump vegetables into a food processor and puree. Place a cheese cloth into a strainer and drain vegetables after processing..... drain well. Mix 3/4 cup of the ketchup and all other ingredients (including vegetables) into bowl. Mix well with hands. Place tin foil into a round Pie pan. Smooth mixture into pan and put on remaining 1/4 cup ketchup on the top of mixture.
