Here is how you make Patty Melts:

You start by mincing both the onion and mushrooms, you want to set a 1/4 cup of each to the side. Take the butter and satuue the mushroom first until they are soft and then add the onion. When the onions are translucent set aside, mic the ground beef and seasoning, with the Worcestershire sauce. When the onion and mushrooms have cooled to the touch add them to the ground beef.
