Here is how you make Pacheezum Mess:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Boil potatoes until they are fork tender, drain. Place half of potatoes into a large bowl and mash. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients reserving a litle cheese for the top, and the unmashed potatoes. Place into a lightly greased 9x9 pan and bake for 20 minutes. Pull out of oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top and place back in oven on broil, just long enough to melt and brown cheese slightly. Makes 5 servings.Refrigerate leftovers.
