Here is how you make Mexican Crepes:

For filling: brown ground beef, drain. Combine sauce and seasoning; add to meat, simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cheese. 1/4 cup per crepe.For Crepes: Mix together all ingredients and pour 1/4 cup batter into crepe pan. Brown each side quickly. To assemble: Put 1/4 cup filling on end of crepe and roll up. Put in a 9X13 baking dish and warm in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve with toppings.
