How Do I Make Joans Mexican Lasagne?

Here is how you make Joans Mexican Lasagne:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hamburger in large fry pan. Add the fire roasted tomatoes and simmer on low for 10 minutes. To assemble the lasagna: spray the bottom of an 8 x 8 in pan with cooking spray. Place 1/2 cup of meat mixture on bottom of pan. Put two tortillas on top of meat mixture. Layer with 1/2 can of the beans, 1/2 cup of meat and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese. Place 2 tortillas on top of first layer, the rest of the beans, 1/2 c meat mixture and 1/2 c cheese on top. Place last 2 tortillas on top. Top with the rest of the meat mixture and cheese. Cover and bake in preheated to 400° oven for 30 minutes.
