500g Pigs liver
2 400 g cans chopped tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or crushed
1 can red kidney beans
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 red chilli pepper, de-seeded and chopped
1 tsp chilli powder (hot or mild to taste)
