1 can of Cambell's healthy request tomato soup
3/4 cups of mozzarella cheese
6 large olives chopped up
1 cup fresh salsa


How Do I Make Enchilada mix up?

Here is how you make Enchilada mix up:

Cook ground turkey completely. Once cooked, over medium/high heat, pour in 1 can of tomato soup, and all tortillas. Mix well together and let it heat 2-5 minutes. Once heated, pour in 3/4 cups of chese, mix well. Then pur in chopped olives, and 1 cup of fresh salsa. Mix well. Cover and heat on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn off heat, and let sit for 5 minutes, covered. Serve out 1 cup per person. I baked my own tortilla chips, in the oven, with corn tortilla's.
