Here is how you make Moussaka Meltdown:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place diced eggplant in a flat bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice; let sit for at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender; remove from pan. Add the olive oil to the skillet and cook the eggplant for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in meat mixture along with tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine (or broth), parsley, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese; blend well. Place mixture in a small casserole dish lightly coated with olive oil.
