Cook one minute, then add diced tomatoes, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Put on simmer heat only, cover and cook for 20 min.In a 9x9 dish spray with oil and sprinkle bread crumbs. Lay slices of potato across bottom. Set aside. In a heavy pot on low heat, make the sauce by mixing butter and flour, cooking a minute or so until paste is formed. Off the heat, Gradually whisk in milk and add salt/pepper to taste. Return to heat and bring to boil. This will quickly thicken within 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add in cheese and then whisk in egg. Take the pan (with the potatoes starting the first layer), then layer eggplant, meat mixture, and chard. Repeat layers. Cover with sauce.
