How Do I Make Breakfast Egg Muffins?

Here is how you make Breakfast Egg Muffins:

Spray cup cake pan with Pam. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray skillet with Pam, saute onions for 3 minutes then add pepper, saute for 2 minutes then add Sausage heat until warm add Spinach and saute until wilted. Spoon mixture into cupcake pan so each is 1/4 filled. Place a 1/2 TBS of swiss on top then add almost 1/8th C of the liquid egg to the cup.
