Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Scrub and cube potatoes, set aside. Mix mushroom soup with onion soup mix in small bowl, set aside. Spray Pam in the bottom a& sides of a 13x9 baking dish, set aside. Spray 4-5 sprays of Pam cooking spray in the bottom of a frying pan. Add chops and brown both sides over medium high heat. Place potatoes in 13x9 pan, place browned chops on top, spread soup mix over top of chops and potatoes as evenly as possible.
