Brocolli raw, 3 cup
Lamberti's Italian Sausage, 17 oz
California Smoked sun-dried tomatoes, 3 oz
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
Finely chopped Garlic, 5 cloves
Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms 10 oz

Here is how you make Cavatelli with Brocolli, Mushrooms and Smoked Sundried Tomatoes:

Cook sausage in olive oil until nice and brown. Then, open space in middle of pan and add minced garlic and sautee. Then add smoked sundried tomatoes and sliced baby bella mushrooms, cover and cook until mushrooms are cooked through. While that cooks, add Ricotta Cavatelli to salted boiling water for 4 minutes then add broccoli cut into large florets...cook until broccoli is al dente and drain. Add cavatelli to pan with sausage/other ingredients and mix. Season with a little dried red pepper flakes and maybe a little garlic salt to taste.
