Makes 4 Servings1. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add kielbasa and onion and sautee for 3-4 minutes until onion is golden.2. Add rice, broth, and 1/2 cup water to pan. Bring to boil, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 17 minutes. Rice will be almost tender.3. Add shrimp, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.4. Stir in sofrito sauce and peas.
