Yield: 4 servingsSpray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Put flour in one plate.Beat egg with water, put in another plate.Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, put in a third plate.Dredge meat in flour, dip in egg wash, dredge in bread crumb mixture.
