How Do I Make Spelt Pasta Bolognese?

Here is how you make Spelt Pasta Bolognese:

Fry the onion in a little olive or coconut oil until translucent. Then add the minced beef to brown it. Next add the worcestershire sauce, peppers, celery, garlic, tinned chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper, stock cubes dissolved in 400 ml water. Cook for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile place the spelt pasta in a pan, add boiling water and a little salt to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes until the pasta is soft.
