Here is how you make Grilled Flank Steak with Pasta and Steamed Broccoli:

(Note: Prep time includes marinating time)In a container, marinate the flank steak in the balsamic vinegar and minced garlic, add any Herbs that you prefer, I use an italian blend found in the grocery store. Marinate for about 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to the directions, and mix with sauce while still warm. Steam Broccoli in the microwave or on the stove. (You can sub any non-starchy veg)Remove Flank Steak from the marinade, and place on well heated grill pan, or on grill outside. About 5 minutes on one side, flip and cook 2-3 minutes on the other side. (depending on the thickness and done-ness preference).
