Precook meat; drain all fat. Cook pasta, pour into colander, rinse. In same pot used to cook pasta, add spinach, garlic, bell pepper, saute. Add tomatoes, basil pesto, rosemary. Add meat. Simmer a few minutes. Add cottage cheese and beaten egg. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Add pasta, stir well, cook over medium-low heat 10-15 minutes.
