1 Jar (approx 48 oz.) Spaghetti Sauce (Robusto Ragu- Italian Sausage and Cheese)
1/2 Cup soft bread crumbs (Used Healthy Life Bread- 2 slices, no crust)
4 oz. Grated Cheese (Used 2% Four Cheese Blend. Recipe called for Mozzarella)
1 TBS Parsley (dried flakes)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese - About 1 Cup

Cook Manicotti - at sleeves to boiling water and cook 9 minutes.Cook meat until done, drainCook pepper and onion until transparent in a little waterAdd cooked meat, 1/4 Cup Sauce, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper to onions and peppers. Mix well.
